Max Prenga is the Founder and CEO of Sidus Dental. He brings more than 11 years of experience working with international dental patients in Albania and created Sidus Dental to provide high-standard dental treatment for patients travelling from the UK and other countries.
He leads the Sidus Dental brand, treatment standards and patient experience, and works closely with the dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons and restorative specialists involved in Sidus Dental treatments. Max remains personally involved throughout the patient experience to ensure that treatment planning, materials, communication and aftercare meet the standards Sidus Dental represents.

Implant treatments normally involve a surgical stage and a later restorative stage after healing. Do I need one trip or two trips for my treatment?

What happens if I have a problem after I return home?
Contact Sidus Dental directly. We review the issue with the clinical team responsible for your treatment and determine the appropriate next step.
If an in-person check or restorative treatment is required and the issue is covered by the warranty, we organize the return visit for you. You only need to book your flight. Sidus Dental provides the hotel accommodation, airport pickup, hotel-clinic transfers and the necessary warranty treatment at no additional cost.
Who do I contact if something feels wrong after treatment?
You contact Sidus Dental directly. You remain our patient after you return home, and our team is available for questions relating to your treatment, recovery, documentation, warranty and aftercare.
What if my treatment plan or price needs to change after I arrive?
Sometimes an in-person examination or new clinical findings can require a treatment plan to change. If that happens, Sidus Dental explains the clinical reason, any effect on the treatment or price, and the available options before anything additional is carried out.
Will I receive records, material details, and aftercare instructions to take home?
Yes. Where relevant, Sidus Dental provides your treatment records, implant passport and material details, warranty information and clear aftercare instructions so you know what treatment was completed and how to look after it once you return home.
