What All-on-6 Treatment Means
All-on-6 is a full-arch implant treatment used when most or all teeth in one jaw are missing, failing, loose or no longer worth restoring.
Instead of replacing each tooth with a separate implant, six dental implants are placed in the jaw to support a fixed full-arch bridge. This gives the patient fixed teeth, better chewing stability and a more complete smile reconstruction.
At Sidus Dental, we consider All-on-6 when a patient needs a fixed full-arch solution with stronger implant support, better stability and a more complete reconstruction than simpler options can provide. The decision is not based on selling a package. It is based on bone condition, bite, remaining teeth, smile design and the final type of teeth planned for the case.

All-on-6 vs All-on-4. Which Treatment Fits Your Case?
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are both fixed full-arch implant treatments, but they are not the same route.
All-on-4 uses four implants to support a full arch of teeth, often with the back implants placed at an angle. This can reduce or sometimes avoid the need for bone grafting in selected cases where bone volume is more limited.
All-on-6 uses six implants to support the full arch. This route can be considered when there is enough bone to support additional implants, giving the final bridge wider support and better force distribution.
The right route between All-on-4 and All-on-6 is never decided from photos alone. It depends on bone condition, implant position, bite, jaw shape, remaining teeth, smile design and the materials planned for your final teeth.

Clinical Standards and Full-Arch Implant Quality
All-on-6 is not only “six implants and a bridge.” It is a full-arch reconstruction, so the quality of the planning, surgery and final prosthetic matters as much as the implants themselves.
The case must be reviewed properly before treatment is confirmed. Bone condition, sinus position, implant spacing, bite, smile line, remaining teeth and the final material planned for the bridge all affect the treatment route.
At Sidus Dental, All-on-6 treatment is carried out by experienced implantologists and oral surgeons using European implant systems and certified materials. The implant system, treatment stages, clinical team and final prosthetic material are confirmed clearly before you travel.

How Your All-on-6 Treatment Works
All-on-6 treatment starts before you travel. Your photos, X-rays, CBCT scan or existing treatment plan are reviewed to understand the condition of the teeth, bone, bite and full-arch needs.
During your first visit to Albania, the clinical team confirms the treatment route and carries out the required extractions, implant placement and temporary fixed teeth where suitable. The aim is to leave Albania with a stable temporary result while the implants heal.
After the healing period, the final full-arch bridge is completed. This stage focuses on the final material, bite, comfort, smile line and long-term function of the teeth.
